In-person Library Services to Resume at Most ECRL Locations

Effective Monday, February 28, in-person library service will resume at most Eastern Counties Regional Library (ECRL) locations. Port Hawkesbury Public Library, Mabou – Alexander Doyle Public Library, and ECRL Regional Office in Mulgrave will continue to provide Curbside Pickup only until further notice. Visitors will be welcomed at all other library branches up to 75% capacity. Social distancing and masks will continue to be required during Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the provincial reopening plan.
