Closure notifications for January 22, 2026:

• The Coady & Tompkins Memorial Public Library has closed as of 12:00 pm. 
• The Alexander Doyle Public Library is closing at 12:30 pm. 
• The Chéticamp Public Library is closing at 1:00 pm. 

All ECRL locations are closed today, January 19, due to weather and travel conditions. 

The St. Peter's Public Library is closed effective immediately, 4pm, January 16, due to a power outage in the area. 

Alexander Doyle Public Library Early Closure Notice

Alexander Doyle Public Library will close at 12:30 pm on Friday, January 16, due to class cancellations and predicted deteriorating weather and road conditions.
