Cyril Ward Memorial Public Library Staffing Notice

Cyril Ward Memorial Public Library in Guysborough will be unstaffed until Wednesday, July 29. The Open Library is available daily from 7am until 9pm for eligible adult cardholders. If you require assistance, please contact the Regional Office at (902)747-2597. We appreciate your understanding.

The Port Hawkesbury Public Library has closed today, Wednesday, July 15 due to heat and humidity levels at the facility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

The Coady & Tompkins Memorial Public Library is closed today due to water issues in the area. The Caregiver & Tots Social program will also be rescheduled. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

2026 ECRL AGM

The 2026 ECRL Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Thursday, July 16 at 5 p.m. Please note that the 2025-2026 audited financial statements and the 2026-2027 budget will be presented and discussed at the general meeting prior to the AGM. 

Alexander Doyle Public Library Closure Notice
